Blackberry Mint Powerhouse Smoothies

I began this morning with a DELICIOUS blackberry mint smoothie chock-full of healthy goodness!

Blackberry Mint Powerhouse Smoothies


  • 1 cup of organic blackberries
  • 1/2 cup of organic blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of mint leaves
  • 1 organic green apple
  • 1 stalk of organic celery
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp of organic hemp hearts

Mix all ingredients together in a blender on high for 3-4 minutes. Add water as needed. In addition to being absolutely delicious this bad boy has a ton of benefits to kick-start your day.
