What’s In Season In BC?

Fall is coming! (I’m a wee bit excited if you can’t tell) Fall has me dreaming of creating delicious soups and stews over the stove while wearing my favourite oversized comfy sweater and sipping tasty, warming tea.

(Wow – just had a moment of realizing what a Kapha constitution I truly have at heart!)

Anyway, his lovely little day dream had me questioning what is in season in September? Well of course the BC Farmers Markets would know best. They’ve created a handy list of which products are in season each month and I wanted to share it with you:
